Job Summary:
CarBoxxNG, a growing vehicle rental service business, seeks an experienced, highly organized, and aggressive Growth Marketer/Social Media Manager to drive business growth through targeted digital marketing, offline marketing, social media marketing, sales support, and customer engagement across various offline, online, and social media channels. This role requires a dynamic individual with at least 1-2 years of verifiable experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the car rental industry. This position requires an aggressive passion for driving growth, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to manage business growth and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations:
• Drive aggressive growth of the business by creating and deploying engaging marketing campaigns across all offline, online, and social media platforms.
• Handle booking requests, inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations across all offline, online, and social media platforms.
• Oversee all customer communication and feedback from start to finish.
• Oversee and ensure seamless vehicle pick-up/returns in conjunction with the quality control and logistics team.
2. Online and Social Media Marketing:
• Plan, design, and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and attract more bookings across all social media and online platforms.
• Design and post engaging daily creative content across all social media and online platforms to attract bookings and followers.
• Drive an exponential increase in the number of followers across all social media and online platforms.
• Oversee all social media advertising campaigns, inquiries, and bookings.
3. Traditional/Offline Marketing:
• Develop, engage, and manage a community of offline car rental agents and prospective customers to attract more bookings.
• Provide support to the marketing team by designing and executing offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and attract more bookings.
• Lead aggressive sales efforts by identifying offline prospects, nurturing leads, and preparing marketing content for customer engagement.
4. Listing and Booking Optimization:
• Create, update, and optimize rental catalogue across all offline, online, and digital platforms to enhance visibility and growth.
• Create and design compelling vehicle descriptions, pictures, and captions that attract bookings.
• Monitoring competitor listings for strategic adjustments and relevant changes.
5. Reporting and Administrative Support:
• Maintain documentation on bookings, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics (campaign performance, number of followers, and engagement metrics) across all online, offline, and social media platforms to guide marketing decisions and sales optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum qualification: A bachelor's degree or HND. ND with very strong relevant experience can apply.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role. Marketing experience in the car rental industry is a plus.
3. This is a full-time role. If you are in school or intend to do another job alongside, this role is not for you.
4. Maximum age requirement: 30 years.
Key Skills and Competencies:
1. Demonstrable ability in social media marketing (paid and unpaid, across all platforms), email marketing, and SMS marketing.
2. Verifiable and excellent use of Canva, CapCut, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
3. Excellent and verifiable graphic design skills and social media content creation abilities.
4. Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
5. Aggressive passion for growth, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
7. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively.
8. Good spoken and written English is a must.
